Licensed Practical Nurse New

Location: Tampa, FL

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Clinical Quality LPN to travel the Tampa/St.Pete/Brandon/Riverview area. The work is to complete Focus on Care testing. Phlebotomy skills are required.

80% of the work is in a doctor's office. There is about 20% of the work that is in the patients home. All home visits are conducted with a buddy. The candidate will never be sent to a patients home alone.

Specific Duties

• Travel to contracted clinics to complete Focus on Care Testing. Phlebotomy experience is required.

2 Complete preventative screenings based upon patient needs

• Complete thorough charting and documentation within EMR system

Must Have Qualifications/experience

• LPN License
• BLS
• Microsoft Excel
• Reliable Transportation
• Valid Driver's License
• Auto Insurance

M-F w/ rotating Saturday every six weeks.

Shift Start/End Time: 7:30am-5pm
